How to Request a Return Due to Regret of Purchase
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date the order was delivered to your address.

You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for receiving your refund.
How to Request a Return for Defective Products
In accordance with Brazilian law, if your item has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to your address.
Please send an email to contato.moraisdesouza@hotmail.com, including your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (a description accompanied by photos or videos).
We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for receiving your refund.
How to Return Products
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law, shipping costs for returns due to regret of purchase or defective items will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a return authorization code by email after submitting your return request. You must then ship the merchandise through a Correios postal agency.
We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the original packaging (if undamaged) or another suitable box that protects the products during transit.
